Registration & Hospitality Desk
The Registration desk will operate throughout the meeting in the Conventions Center of the hotel at the following hours:

February 27th, 2010 08:00-18:00 hrs
February 28th, 2010 08:00-18:00 hrs

Get together Reception
A reception will be held on the evening of February 25th. The reception will be open to all attendees and accompanying persons.

Climate and Clothing
In February the daytime temperatures average 13°C and night time temperatures average 8°C.  Clothing is informal for all occasions.

Visas
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.
For more information please contact your nearest Embassy, Consulate or local travel agency well in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
